This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on hargharshiv.com.

1. Serviceable Areas
We currently ship within India, and we now also offer limited international shipping to the United States for select products. Liquid items (such as Narmada Jal) are not eligible for international shipping due to customs and courier restrictions.

1a. International Shipping – United States

  • Orders shipping to the United States are dispatched directly from India via international courier.
  • Estimated delivery time is approximately 10–20 business days from dispatch, depending on customs processing and courier serviceability.
  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges levied by US authorities are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total or shipping charge.
  • Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and email are accurate; we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information or customs holds.
  • Liquid items (e.g. Narmada Jal) are not available for international shipping.
  • Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders — these must be prepaid.

2. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery time across India is approximately 3–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and courier serviceability. For international (USA) orders, please see section 1a above. Delivery timelines may be extended during festivals, adverse weather conditions, regional restrictions, customs processing, or courier delays that are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available only in select serviceable pin codes within India, as determined at checkout. COD availability may vary based on order value and location. COD is not available for international (USA) orders; these must be prepaid.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp so you can track your shipment status.

7. Delivery Attempts and Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and a reachable contact number. Our courier partners will attempt delivery as per their standard process; please be available to receive calls regarding delivery. Orders returned to us due to incorrect address, unreachable customer, or refusal to accept delivery may incur re-shipping charges.

8. Damaged Packages
If a package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please record an unedited unboxing video immediately, as this will be required to process any damage claim under our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, courier disruptions, government restrictions, customs processing, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

COD Orders
Cash on Delivery is available only in selected serviceable areas within India. International orders must be prepaid.

Damaged Package
Please record an unboxing video if the package appears damaged upon delivery.
