1.  Serviceable Areas

We currently ship only within India. We do not offer international
shipping at this time.

2.  Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of
order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be
processed on the next working day.

3.  Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery time across India is approximately 3–10 business days
from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and courier
serviceability. Delivery timelines may be extended during festivals,
adverse weather conditions, regional restrictions, or courier delays
that are beyond our control.

4.  Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges (if any) are calculated and displayed at
checkout before you complete your order.

5.  Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available only in select serviceable pin codes, as
determined at checkout. COD availability may vary based on order value
and location.

6.  Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details via email,
SMS, or WhatsApp so you can track your shipment status.

7.  Delivery Attempts and Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for
    providing a complete and accurate shipping address and a reachable
    contact number. Our courier partners will attempt delivery as per
    their standard process; please be available to receive calls
    regarding delivery. Orders returned to us due to incorrect address,
    unreachable customer, or refusal to accept delivery may incur
    re-shipping charges.

8.  Damaged Packages

If a package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery,
please record an unedited unboxing video immediately, as this will be
required to process any damage claim under our Return & Refund Policy.

9.  Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delays caused by natural calamities, strikes,
courier disruptions, government restrictions, or other events beyond our
reasonable control.
